How come Flick Fishing is gone from Android Market.?

Hello Freeverse.
Why has Flick Fishing been removed from the Android Market? at least i cant find it anymore?
Will it be available again at some point?

I'm told that it won't show up on some older devices due to OS requirements though.
Nope its gone! I had to perform a Factory reset yesterday on phone due to un-forseen troubles, and it showed up in the list of My apps and but says that is not installed when i click and go to market there is a banner with Yellow triangle exclamation ! - This item is not available....So my question is Why is this gone from the Android Market per the question above? and I do not have an older device its quite New actually. I have been playing and love flick fishing! Please Help.......
In the beginning of September Flick Fishing was removed from the Market permanently. Sorry for any inconvenience.
