After cleaning my hard drive and re-installing the operating system on my computer, I needed to re-install the Free Verse games I purchased (Big Brain Games).  Unfortunately, I cannot locate the registration code for the games.  In trying to retrieve them via the Free Verse Website, there seems to be no record of my email address associated with the purchase... which doesn't make sense.  In addition, no one has gotten back to me.  I'm sure it would be a simple matter of looking up my name and verifying the credit card number.  But I'm beginning to think Free Verse has about ONE employee.  I dunno.... But it would be nice to hear from them.
