My hard drive crashed so I had to get a new one. My Heroes of Might and Magic V did not transer. I am trying to reload it onto my computer but have lost the registration code and when I enter in my information it says it has no past history of me entering a registration code for the first time.

I have Purchased this game, but every time I put my name and the registration key, it comes up incorrect number.

Ya, I'm with Nzekria on this one. I am not able to register the game. I have already done a support ticket, and it has been well over a week. I am about to file a bank dispute and say i was scammed if I don't get any kind of response soon.
I have been waiting four days for my support request to be assigned to someone. Anyone have a phone number for these people????
Sometime ago I requested help with downloading more puppets and locations to m Bridge Deluxe (last version). Finally I received an answer with links,
but they do not work (I work on IMac 10.6). My password (a good one) is also not working and I am being prompted to change it (get a new one).
It is impossible to do it, as the previous one, which is requested was compromised. Please advise ASAP

Hi !
Due to movie a lot, working in the field and using my mac laptops to withing an in of their life, I have gone through 5 in the last 10 years. It was about 9 to 10 years that I came across your your products (mainly Burning Monkey Solitaire and then Burning Monkey Mahjong).
In my "adventures" I have lost my latest registration keys. I have Burning Monkey Solitaire 3 and BM Mahjong 2.
I would very much appreciate it if you could some how either did those up for me (you must keep better back ups then I do!! lol) or help me out with a solution so and can keep enjoying these great games without having to start over.
Thank you so very much
Sylvie
Hi Sylvie,
I don't have any records for you under the email you put in your forum post. But that doesn't mean we don't have you on file. Can you go to freeverse.com/support and try the Registration Code Lookup (it's the big button on the right). And see if you can get it to send you your codes (they are probably under a different email address).
Or go again to freeverse.com/support Click on the Support Request Form, and enter a support request. That way they can pull up your order (it might require some info you don't want out in the public, like your address). But we do keep records.
Anyone else having a problem with a registration code should also open a support request. It's the best way to get help.
i bought a new computer & the apple store downloaded my burning monkey game, which i had paid for, but when i try to turn it on it, it asks me to buy it. i need my registration code number. thanks
I have sort of the same problem; I can no longer use my registration code for Heroes of Might and Magic V (CD/Boxed, not downloaded) after a while (more than a year I haven't keyed it in) but it worked perfectly fine three years ago about a month apart on two different computers. (I think it "might" be too old to use...)
i get this message: "The code entered may not be used to register this product at this time. Please contact technical support for more information."
Clearly, the game recognizes the email address I registered with and name and inputs the code properly but that doesn't work online. I've sent in two support forms a long time ago and still no reply...
Help?
We don't have any outstanding tickets in Support. Please check on your previous tickets.
I think I sent a couple but not through the same email address I'm using now with this account; I used the one I originally registered with and name. Should I send one again with the details?
(Thanks.)
Okay, it appears that you guys ignored my help request for BM Mahjong 2 registration issues until it was Overcome By Events. I updated to Lion, and most of my Apps that I purchased from you have been abandoned. Only, I don't find out that your stuff won't work until it is too late. Ever since you guys were purchased by ngcomo, you have lost touch with your customers, and your focus towards keeping customers happy has really dropped. I am very disappointed in you guys, but since you lost touch with your customers, I imagine that your don't give a crap about what I think anymore.
I spent several hundred dollars supporting you guys, cause I really liked your software and your sense of humor. I pushed BM Solitaire to every customer that wanted solitaire for the Mac for over 6 1/2 years while I worked part time at the Apple Store. I was probably your greatest advocate.
Now my favorite Mac SW games are all gone. Now I have been abandoned. Sorry for the rant.
I submitted a support request for my WingNuts 2 registration but have not heard back about this issue. Is there anything I can do to expedite a solution?
Thanks,
Marty
The server trouble appears to be resolved. Thanks Freeverse.
Can ANYONE tell me how to find and delete the keycode (registration code) for Big Bang Board games????? I've submitted a support ticket and corresponded by EMail w/Freeverse, but all I'm getting is that Freeverse no longer sells or supports BBBGames, and no one can answer my simple question. All I want to do is remove the code so that I can enter a new one. My nephew and I both entered the same code not realizing that we can't play on line w/the same serial number. We've bought a second copy of the game from Amazon but no matter how many times I try to uninstall the app, it remembers the old serial number and launches, giving me no opportunity to enter the new one. I've removed the Freeverse folder from application support, and I've tried using AppZapper to remove any other associated files, but that serial number is hiding somewhere on my mac and no search that I can come up with can find it. This should not be this hard to solve! Help, somebody PLEASE!
Try looking in the Library/Preferences folder. There is usually a .plist file with the name of the game in the filename.
