Access to Antares?

I have access to the other groups, but I'm trying to figure out how to get to the Artaxerian Empire and Antares. I'm not sure where I missed a quest that might lead me to opening the warpgate. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you done the harbinger missions situated over at Hibernicus in the Alpha Aquarii system

I'm doing it now. For some reason I was looking at the top of the map for some quests to get me going and didn't realize I missed one at the bottom of the map that seems to be linking things up.

I am in the middle of this quest but I cannot find out exactly why to do to 'explore antaraxes system' does anyone know what I should do at this point?
