How to get into Aldeabaran system

After leading the 7th fleet into battle someone from the Adelaiden territory contacted me, saying I should contact someone on some planet to get access to Aldebaran. Unfortunately I tapped on the screen too fast so I didn't read everything. There is no new mission in my log. Can someone tell on which planet this person is?

I did that quest awhile ago so not 100% but I believe you are to go to Dracon in the Wolf 359 system; if it is not there then it is on one of the planets in the Hyperion system. you will be confronted by an alien who will offer to give you access to the Adelaiden system through Aldebaran depending on your status with Adelaide. Interesting note: if your reputation with Adelaide is at 100%, he will NOT give you the access! Do something against Adelaide to bring your reputation down a little, but not too much (I think it has to be above 69%). I shot a few NSE ships to bring my Adelaide reputation down.
Way up at the top of the map. From Polaris or Delta Aquarii go through Alcor to hyperion and then Wolf 359.
If you have 100% Adelaide faction, juse get into a fight with NSE of Artaxerxes and either flee or kill them.
