Hello, i have found it impossible to delete missions in Warpgate HD. I have read elsewhere that this is a common problem. Is there any workarounds or plans to fix this bug?

Are you trying to delete a story mission or one of the optional missions that you can normally pick up at any random planet? ... because if it is a story mission, you can not delete it.

Originally Story Missions could be deleted. But many missions chain from one to another, and it became very easy to lose track of where you got the Mission. Thus they are stuck in your log forever (until you finish them).

Would it be possible to separate main missions from trivial missions? Otherwise, since you can't delete them, it limits the freedom to do as you please by filling the slots.
By the way, this game is fantastic. To the point that I've been obsessively compiling my own strategy guide / encyclopedia of planets & items. Thanks for a great iPhone game!
