I purchased Lineform and I have been using it for 3 years. Suddenly, and for no apparent reason, the program tells me that my trial period has expired.
I reentered my registration code, but the program refused to respond. No error message, no response at all. I deleted the com files and reinstalled the program, but it still refused to respond to the registration code.
Freeverse's tech support has sent me two other registration codes, but the program won't respond to these either. Now tech support isn't even responding to my emails.
Can anyone help?

Hey, looks like I've answered this for you in your support ticket, but for anyone else with this issue please do the following:
Copy the following line:
rm ~/library/colorpickers/.com.freeverselib.06020
Open the Terminal application (in the Applications/Utilities folder), paste in the above line, and press return.
Quit Terminal, open the program and attempt to register as you did before.
