They should be working ok. Are you playing online? (easiest way to check the game is happily online is to look for the Bluer Deeper location on the map as that's online only). They should work offline too but if your last online game had them set to zero for some reason, that would stick until the next time you're online. Btw if anyone's been trying the date changing trick to get their daily doubloons early, you won't see any more appear until you reach the latest date you used ;) I don't think this is the issue in your case, but I thought I'd better let everyone know.

Also, make sure you're on the latest version of the game as older versions may not get relevant offer data.

Give it a try now. Noticed some server settings that needed tweaking.

just as an addendum, fish of the day hasn't ever had doubloons set for it (we considered it, but everyone would get rich whenever catfish or roach became fish of the day ;) ). You should get a doubloon for record or new fish though.
