Castle craft realms

Is Castle craft a serious game, or just treated indifferently. I've been playing for a month now, and my realm has crashed twice meaning I can't access although it seemed others could. How do you continue defending your "assets" in such a mess? I even considered spending money on buying more crystals. I'm glad it was a fleeting thought only, as the game is clearly unstable... I.m in the Denanga realm - and would appreciate some proper apology and even some consolation for the disruption...

On castle craft it still won't let me my realms it's Ben four days.

Paul help me I am stuk in a new realm that I down loaded three weeks go. It is burning and I cannot get out of it there I no access to m rem list or plus+. I have sent 2 tickets already wher I was told that I have to wait 48 hours. Every Tim I trot open castle aft I immediately goes tothat realm that is burning. Just get rid of that realm if it means that I have to be tuck in it. Unfortuntely When I tapped on it when I Did have a realm list. It hppened so quickly I dd not get to see the name already, I sent the particulars to you and Tristan. In a post already today.
