Several realms are still having problems. Tonud is really bad. Lost troops twice.

Just happened to me today. Requested support, let's hope this gets fixed. Like most I have spent alot of time on this game. What because shame if I had to quit.

Also happened to me within the past hour. Have tried logging out and back in, shutting down and rebooting iPad, etc. Nothing works, and my realm is not on the list. Please help, before I loose months of hard "work"! Thx!

Hello guys. Can you tell me what happened to the realm Mamatoca? Cause there are three days since I'm trying to get in but I cannot find the realm anymore into realm list. I was pretty close to be the third one in that realm and I'm a little disapointed as I have spent almost 70 euro in last month on crystals and the last pack of 39.99 euro I didn't even see it as the game crashed or something. I already sent some mails to Tristan asking for an answer but nothing until now. So please guys can anyone tell me what happened, if I will ever see my realm again or if I will fresh start on another one with some crystals from you guys cause I don't like not getting what I've paid for. My plus name was SLV77 in realm Mamatoca. Thanks in advance!

What happened to main marsh? It is not in the list of realms.....I'm upset and worked nonstop on this don't want to lose all my work! This happened on dec 15,2011.

Is there sever mantainence going on ? I can't get into diamondswamp and others.

When I wanted to enter my city "Forbidden City", they showed me another one, empty, that belongs to another player

Castle Craft is total rubbish, full of errors, glitches, call them what you will. Support are next to useless at addressing long standing issues. Endless players have left this game, fed up with the many problems, the crashing and the increasingly slow run ing of the App in general. Message system often does not work, lists ie... Friends, Neighbours, Rankings, often fail to load. Therefore if you are being attacked and trashed, don't rely on the game to lend a hand, it never does. Information that should be there in an instant will often fail to appear altogether. The clocks go backwards, so when training Troops or completing tasks, don't be surprised if they take much longer to complete than you anticipated. I was attempting to train some troops when a notice appeared saying that the Barracks in the City did not belong to me..... Who else do they belong to? I was not able to train troops in that City for almost a day before the fault appeared to correct itself. I also managed to attack my own forest, which although it had wording displayed on the screen in green, giving the impression it was mine, infact did not belong to me, and I had the option to attack, so I did and after two attempts finally managed to secure the forest. It appeared to be owned by myself, but in fact was not owned by anyone it seemed. One last thought or WARNING, the Realms are now increasingly filling up with cheats and Hackers, who Troop Steal using a common glitch, that has been there for some time, but Castle Craft have failed totally to deal with it. They impersonate players, posting obscene language to the World Chat, in an attempt to get the player hacked banned from the Game. Support are net to useless at dealing with this sad abuse, and will often fail to reply to a loyal players call for help. Desperate to put things right and regain the Troops and Cities you have worked so hard to achieve, and may have spent your hard earned cash buying crystals too, you take your iwn action. Then the next minute you know you are booted from the game, when the perpatrator of the original crime against you is more often than not still playing, and enjoying the spoils of his/her crime, at yoir expense entirely. Do you get a warning first before being banned - NOT ON YOUR GRANNIES LIFE. You don't even get the courtesy of an explanation before being banned, let alone the opportunity to put your side of the story across....... Disgusting, and WILL BE REPORTED TO APPLE IMMEDIATELY - to give them the opportunity to take down and remove this time wasting, money gobbling, stressful game, that is becoming ever more hostile with each and every passing day. Time is up Castle Craft - Time for positive action to get shot of this appauling App Game.....

Freeverse appear to have closed castlecraft early and without warning. They have no thought for the many players who have continued despite the glitches crashes etc. A message on twitter says that a number of servers went down and were unrecoverable. This tends to happen when you pull out the plug.....

Freeverse pulled the plug and the game is over.......
