Lineform: How do I define the center, when auto-center is disabled in preferences?

With auto-center the zero on the ruler is in the upper left corner. Without auto-center it is far away from the page. How to set it manually? The option is not mentioned in the manual, there is just a screen shot under Page Layout. Thanks in advance.
